Ingredients:
- olive oil
- sliced sourdough bread, 2
- thinly sliced deli ham, 2
- goat cheese, 1 tbls
- honey, 1 tsp
- lettuce
- Spread olive oil on one side of each slice of bread with pastry brush (this is the outside).
- Toast until lightly crispy.
- Spread the goat cheese (more if you like!) onto the inside of each slice.
- Lay ham slices on one slice of bread with cheese.
- Drizzle the honey across the ham.
- Add lettuce.
- Top with second slice.
- ENJOY this lightly crispy, creamy, sweet & savory sandwich.

Variations:
I use garlic olive oil and sprinkle a touch of salt on each slice before I put it in the toaster. Sometimes, I add pickles! You can add tomatoes or onions (yuk!) but simple is sometimes better!! Either way, make it how ever you want!
